近年来,随着我国教育体制改革力度的不断加强,教育竞争机制正逐渐被引入到教育体制的内部。作为教育竞争机制的主要组成部分,高校绩效工资改革制度对稳定高校教师队伍、激发高校教师工作热情、促进高等教育发展起到了不容忽视的作用。但同时,随着绩效工资制度的不断发展,高校教师整体的精神压力也日益增加,特别是高校外语教师群体的心理压力问题日益突出。本研究对上海高校外语教师的绩效工资带来的心理压力进行调查,为缓解压力提出行之有效的建议。
In recent years, with the continuous reform of education system in our country, the educational competition mechanism is gradually being introduced into the educational system. As a major part of the educational competition mechanism, the system of performance salary reform in colleges and universities has played an important role in stabilizing the contingent of college teachers, stimulating the enthusiasm of college teachers and promoting the development of higher education. However, at the same time, with the continuous development of the performance pay system, the overall mental pressure of university teachers is also increasing. Especially, the psychological pressure of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent. This study investigates the psychological pressure caused by the performance salary of foreign language teachers in Shanghai universities and puts forward effective suggestions to ease the pressure.
