多年来,我校有个传统,新教师要做班主任,得先拜师取经学艺,由结对的老班主任来“保驾护航”。于是,我就拜张老师为师了。张老师工作经验丰富,善于发动学生,实行班级自主管理,成效显著。他为人豁达热情,富有正义感,喜欢运动,性格与我非常相似。张老师带一班,我带二班。我的一举一动皆以张老师言行为标准,几乎每次班务都是先学后上,每个问题都是先请教再处理。我们俩坦诚相待、相得益彰,一时间
