本研究观察了电刺激猫中脑“怒叫中枢”后,脑脊液生长抑素含量的变化;“怒叫中枢”内微量注射生长抑素及抗生长抑素免疫球蛋白,对刺激该中枢引起的怒叫反应的影响.实验结果表明,电刺激“怒叫中枢”,可使脑脊液中生长抑索的含量明显升高;“怒叫中枢”内注射生长抑素,可明显抑制怒叫反应,且具有量效关系;注射抗生长抑素免疫球蛋白,结合内源性生长抑素后,怒叫反应明显增强。这提示中脑外侧被盖部的生长抑素参与怒叫反应的调节,具有抑制怒叫反应的作用。
