一、概述在冷轧带钢的生产过程中,采用罩式炉对带钢卷材进行退火处理是目前冷轧带材的主要热处理方法。我厂带钢分厂冷轧车间是个年产3000~3300吨弹簧、滚珠、不锈等钢种的冷轧带材专业部门,大型电加热钟罩式炉是该车间的主要热处理生产设备之一。该车间现拥有罩式炉10座(套):其中炉台10座;炉罩6座;总装机容量为1680千瓦;年产品耗电量为390~40&万千瓦小时,占该车间全年生产总耗电量的53~54%。根据我厂所进行的电能平衡测试工作结果表明,大型钟罩式炉的电能利用率一般为25~33%;其单耗约在1.34~1.62×10~6千焦/吨(带材),这与上海市计划用电办公室所制定的电加热炉窑电能利用率应达到≥40%的指标相距很大。为此,针对生产中罩式炉耗电大,炉衬
