本文介绍了HP-5390A频率稳定度测试系统的工作原理和常见问题的处理方法;为减少参考源数目和提高系统的分辨率,在系统中加入JDY-1低噪声倍频链,使得系统的秒级稳定度达到1×10~(-13)量级,1毫秒稳定度达到5×10~(-11);本文最后叙述了阿仑方差和相位噪声两种测试结果间的转换方法,以方便各种工程要求。
