目的通过参加室间质量评价活动,了解某科室的检测水平,找出存在的问题并加以改进,努力提高实验室的检测水平。方法对某科室2007～2010年参加全国采供血机构和广西区血液监测中心血液检验室间质量评价结果做回顾性分析。结果卫生部临床检验中心室间质量评价血型准确率100%,失分最多的是ALT,其次是抗-HIV、HBsAg和抗-HCV。广西区血液监测中心室间质量评价HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP、抗-HIV各有一次失分。结论提高检测人员的检测水平,加强责任心,使用先进的检测仪器和质量好的试剂,才能在室间质评中取得优异成绩。
Objective To understand the detection level of a department by participating in the inter-office quality evaluation activities, find out the existing problems and improve it, and strive to improve the level of laboratory testing. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the results of inter-laboratory quality assessment of blood tests performed by a department from 2007 to 2010 in blood collection and supply agencies across the country and in Guangxi Blood Monitoring Center. Results The accuracy rate of inter-ventricular quality evaluation was 100% in the clinical laboratory center of the Ministry of Health. The most important one was ALT, followed by anti-HIV, HBsAg and anti-HCV. Guangxi area blood test center room quality evaluation of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP, anti-HIV each have a loss. Conclusion To improve the level of testing staff, to strengthen the sense of responsibility, the use of advanced detection equipment and good quality reagents, in laboratory quality evaluation to obtain excellent results.
