目的:优选复方沙棘颗粒剂的喷雾干燥工艺条件。方法:以含水率和吸湿率为指标,通过单因素试验考察辅料种类及用量;以其总黄酮含量、含水率及出粉率的综合评分为指标,选取相对密度、进风温度、进料速度为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选复方沙棘颗粒剂的喷雾干燥工艺。结果:浸膏相对密度和进风温度对喷雾干燥工艺影响极显著。最佳工艺条件为相对密度1.02(25℃),进风温度100~110℃,进液速度22 mL.min-1,颗粒成型率32%。结论:优选的干燥工艺稳定可行,可推广于大生产应用。
Objective: To optimize the spray drying conditions of Compound Seabuckthorn Granules. Methods: The moisture content and moisture absorption rate were used as indices to investigate the types and dosage of the excipients by single factor test. Taking the total score of total flavonoids content, moisture content and flour yield as indexes, the relative density, inlet air temperature, feed rate In order to investigate the factors, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the spray drying process of Compound Seabuckthorn Granules. Results: The relative density of the extract and the inlet air temperature had a significant effect on the spray drying process. The optimum conditions for the relative density of 1.02 (25 ℃), the inlet air temperature 100 ~ 110 ℃, liquid inlet velocity of 22 mL.min-1, particle forming rate of 32%. Conclusion: The preferred drying process is stable and feasible, which can be extended to large-scale production applications.
