本文以HNb_3O_8为例,进一步探讨了用分步交换法来制备氧化铝柱层状金属氧化物的可行性.首次成功地将[Al_(13)O_4(0H)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]~(7+)Keggin离子交换进入到层状金属铌酸(HNb_30_8)的层间.通过焙烧,制备了首例以氧化铝为柱的层状金属铌酸盐.该化合物具有很高的热稳定性(>700℃)和比较大的层间距(d=1.18nm,700℃).讨论了不同层板性质对产物结构和性能的影响.
In this paper, HNb_3O_8 is taken as an example to further explore the feasibility of using the step-by-step exchange method to prepare the alumina columnar layered metal oxide. The [Al_ (13) O_4 (0H) _ (24) 12)] ~ (7+) Keggin ion exchanged into the interlayer of layered niobate (HNb_30_8), the first layered niobate with alumina column was prepared by calcination.The compound has high (> 700 ℃) and relatively large interlamellar spacing (d = 1.18nm, 700 ℃). The effects of the properties of different laminates on the structure and properties of the products were discussed.
