对30例风心病心衰及15例无心衰患者血液流变学指标进行了测定并与正常组对照,发现心衰组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原均明显高于对照组,而无心衰组则不增高。提示心衰时血浆大分子物质增加,红细胞变形能力下降,血液粘度增高。
30 cases of rheumatic heart failure and 15 cases of heart failure patients with hemorheology were measured and compared with the normal group and found that the whole heart blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen were significantly higher The control group, but no heart failure group is not increased. Heart failure prompted plasma macromolecular substances increased, reduced erythrocyte deformability, increased blood viscosity.
