用集落方法和~3H—TdR 掺入实验检查锂对造血干细胞增殖分化的影响。结果提示,锂对造血干细胞具有直接和间接作用,间接影响是通过淋巴细胞实现的。
The effects of lithium on the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells were examined by colony assay and ~ 3H-TdR incorporation assay. The results suggest that lithium has direct and indirect effects on hematopoietic stem cells, and indirect effects are achieved by lymphocytes.
