(一) 引言近年来,随着薄膜材料研究的进展,人们正在围绕非晶半导体领域,研究一种利用薄膜有源机能的器件。利用能显示电致变色现象的非晶氧化钨制成的器件,可算是这种应用的一例。电致变色(EC;electrochromic)的定义为:由于施加电压或通过电流而引起材料大范围的着色、消色现象,包括从液体到固体的各种有机物和无机物所发生的反应。在非晶氧化钨(α—WO_3)膜上施加电压所引起的变色现象,从机理上看,为了清楚起见,往往把它归于电化变色(ECC;electrochemichromism)一类,以区别于由电子过程所引起
(A) Introduction In recent years, with the progress of research on thin film materials, people are working on a device that utilizes the active function of the thin film in the field of amorphous semiconductors. An example of such an application is the use of a device made of amorphous tungsten oxide that shows electrochromism.
