一根只有铅笔般粗细的钢丝绳如何能吊起世界上最长的大桥呢?桥的巨大跨度并没有将细细的钢丝绷断,原因就在于若干根细钢丝编成了强劲的钢缆。若干组钢缆不仅能承受住大货车的重量,还能使桥身经受住狂风的侵袭。
How can a pencil-only wire rope lift the longest bridge in the world? The enormous span of the bridge does not break the thin wire because of the number of fine steel wires woven into a strong wire rope. Several groups of cable can not only withstand the weight of large trucks, but also to withstand the invasion of the bridge by the wind.
