一、背景分析当前小班的课堂经常遭遇“教学的行为难以承载先进理念”的困惑。实现从理念至实践的小班“落地工程”的出路在哪里呢?笔者以为,教师的关注点要从教学环节的精心设计等微观的思维中跳出来,转向“为了儿童的学习”而设计、规划和组织课堂,实现小班课堂学习方式的重构。而这其中的关键,是以什么作为重构课堂的线索呢?儿童是在无数个好奇的问题和五彩的遐想编织的生活
