一、更年润对老龄雄性大鼠血浆睾酮(T)含量的影响:经用放射免疫法分析了14个月龄(老)的Wistar大鼠60只,3个月龄(青)的20只,1个月龄(幼)的24只,均经灌胃给药。结果说明更年润可明显提高老龄大鼠血浆T含量(P<0.01)。 二、对老龄大鼠血浆雌二醇(E_2)含量的影响:方法同前。结果说明更年润可明显提高高剂量组老龄大鼠的E_2值(P<0.05) 三、对NK细胞活性的影响:经用C_(57)
I. Effects of Gengnianrun on Plasma Testosterone (T) Content in Aged Male Rats: Sixty-four-month-old (old) Wistar rats were analyzed by radioimmunoassay and 20 were 3 months old (blue). Twenty-four (1) months of age were administered by gavage. The results showed that renewal can significantly increase the plasma T content in aged rats (P<0.01). Second, the effect of plasma estradiol (E_2) content in aged rats: the method is the same as above. The results showed that renewal can significantly increase the E2 value in the high-dose group of old rats (P<0.05). III. The effect on NK cell activity: C_(57)
