800吨精压机在我厂用来进行精压和校正,由于在使用中违犯了操作规程,将两个零件(东方红54的曲轴配重)重叠放入工作台内进行精压,使设备大大地超过了额定负荷,引起曲轴端部(装配大齿轮一边)弯曲,变形约7毫米。为了能在较短的时间里,花费较少的代价修复曲轴,我们采取了端部锒套的方法,通过几年来的使用证明,这种修理方法是可靠的,现简述如下。如图1示之曲轴,将其放在165车床上,用主轴颈Φ200处找正后车变形的轴端部Φ190处,使其成圆锥体,锥度为5°20′,表面光洁度(?)(?)6。
