旋毛虫病是一种人兽共患的疾病,我国以云南、西藏等边(?)山区和牧区较为多见,本文报道一例。病例报道患者男性,11岁,因发热伴四肢痛疼一个半月来院就诊。发热无规律,可高达40℃,服退热药可退热,但肢痛不减。其家长否认食生肉及他乡居住史。体检仅发现四肢有明显压痛,以腓肠肌最著。起病时当地化验白细胞数为13400/mm~3,嗜酸性白细胞为30%,脑脊液正常。一个半月后复查,白细胞数为8400/mm~3,嗜酸性白细胞为1%,虫卵和集卵阴性。在右腓肠肌痛疼处取肌肉
