中铁十一局四公司拥有正式员工3411人,内退人员610人,离退休职工460人。公司在湖北随州市和襄阳市,山东临沂市、日照市和费县、福建省莆田市等有7个家属基地,职工居住分散,困难职工多,企业负担重。从2012年开始,他们以“双百”为抓手,创新机制和方式,把中华全国总工会提出的“面对面、心贴心、实打实,服务职工在基层”活动落到了实处,在企业内外产生了很好的反响。
China Railway 11 Bureau of the four companies have 3411 full-time employees, staff and workers retreat 610, 460 retired workers. The company has seven family bases in Suizhou and Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, Linyi City, Rizhao City and Fei County in Shandong Province, and Putian City in Fujian Province. The employees have scattered residences, many employees have difficulties and many enterprises have heavy burdens. Starting from 2012, they took “double hundred” as their starting point and innovated their mechanism and methods and put the “all face to face, heart-to-heart, realism and service workers at the grassroots level” put forward by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in a down-to-earth manner.
