如何提高教学管理水平已成为新时期高职院校迅速发展面临的重点问题。教学秘书工作能力和业务素质直接影响教学队伍的整体水平和教学质量。很多高职院校虽然设立了系部兼职教学秘书,但专职岗位却被长期忽视。本文通过阐述高职院校教学秘书的工作职能和兼职教学秘书在工作中存在的问题,对高职院校设立专职教学秘书的必要性提出了一些思考。
How to improve the teaching management level has become a key issue facing the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in the new era. Teaching Secretary working ability and professional quality directly affect the teaching team’s overall level and teaching quality. Although many vocational colleges set up part-time teaching secretaries, full-time positions have long been neglected. This essay puts forward some thoughts on the necessity of setting up a full-time teaching secretary in higher vocational colleges by expounding the work functions of teaching secretaries in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in part-time teaching secretaries.
