鼠伤寒沙门菌感染儿童多见,成人少见,成人鼠伤寒肺脓肿则更少见,现将我院收治的1例报告如下。男患,19岁,因发热、咳嗽伴左侧胸痛2月余,于1987年4月22日以“左侧肺炎”入院。患者入院前2月因受凉,出现头痛、咳嗽、发热,按“上感”治疗无效而住当地县医院,诊断“左侧肺炎“。用青霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素等抗炎治疗1月无效,后又加用激素和抗痨药物治疗1月仍无效,且出现左侧胸痛和咳大量脓痰.继续发热,转来我院。体检:T39℃,P92次,R20次,Bp13.3/9.33kPa(100/70mmHg),神清,一般情况尚可,满月脸,向心型肥胖,浅表淋巴结不大。颈软,气管无偏移,左侧呼吸运动减弱.叩浊,左侧
