本文报道了用α干扰素(IFN-α)治疗2例因静注丙球而获得非甲非乙型肝炎(NANBH)的结果。 2例低丙种球蛋白血症患者年龄分别为50和76岁,均为女性。血清IgA、IgM和IgG均低于正常,但血清谷丙转氨酶(S-ALAT)值均正常。接受静注丙球治疗一段时间后,S-ALAT均升高超出正常范围,肝组织活检均显示慢性活动性肝炎伴肝硬化。2例病人的HBsAg、抗-HBc、抗-HAV IgM及抗EB病毒和抗巨细胞病毒抗体均阴性,故诊断为
This article reports the results of two non-A, non-B hepatitis (NANBH) patients treated with interferon alpha (IFN-α) for intravenous infusion of corticosteroids. Two patients with hypogammaglobulinemia were 50 and 76 years old, all female. Serum IgA, IgM and IgG were lower than normal, but serum alanine aminotransferase (S-ALAT) values were normal. After receiving intravenous corticosteroid therapy for some time, S-ALAT were elevated beyond the normal range, liver biopsy showed chronic active hepatitis with cirrhosis. The HBsAg, anti-HBc, anti-HAV IgM, and anti-EBV and anti-CMV antibodies in 2 patients were all negative, so it was diagnosed as
