按滴眼液制剂要求,制备0.3%环丙沙星滴眼液,并建立紫外分光度法测定滴眼液中环丙沙星的含量,检测波长227nm,标准曲线的线性范围2~6mg/L(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.96%,相对标准偏差为0.5227%,初步考察了该滴眼液的稳定性,结果表明,该滴眼液对热稳定。
According to the requirement of eye drops preparation, 0.3% ciprofloxacin eye drops were prepared, and the content of ciprofloxacin in eye drops was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 227nm and the linear range of standard curve was 2 ~ 6mg / L (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.96% and the relative standard deviation was 0.5227%. The stability of this eyedrop was initially investigated. The results showed that the eyedrop was stable to heat.
