应用雄性小鼠生殖细胞非程序ＤＮＡ合成（ＵＤＳ）试验方法，动态地观察了人参二醇组皂甙（ＰＤＳ）对甲基磺酸甲酯（ＭＭＳ）所诱发ＵＤＳ的抑制作用。结果表明，在ｉｐＭＭＳ（７５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）同时或提前１～５ｈ将ＰＤＳ（２４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）ｉｐ小鼠，可明显抑制小鼠精子ＵＤＳ，而在ＭＭＳ给予后ｉｐＰＤＳ则对ＭＭＳ诱发的ＵＤＳ无明显影响。提示ＰＤＳ可预防ＭＭＳ对遗传物质的损伤作用。
The inhibitory effect of Panaxadiol Saponins (PDS) on the UDS induced by methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) was dynamically observed using the method of male mouse germ cell non-procedural DNA synthesis (UDS). The results showed that PDS (240mg / kg) ip mice could significantly inhibit the sperm UDS in ipMMS (75mg / kg) at the same time or one to five hours earlier, whereas ipPDS had no effect on MMS-induced UDS . Suggesting that PDS can prevent the damage of MMS to genetic material.
