应用雄性小鼠生殖细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)试验方法,动态地观察了人参二醇组皂甙(PDS)对甲基磺酸甲酯(MMS)所诱发UDS的抑制作用。结果表明,在ipMMS(75mg/kg)同时或提前1~5h将PDS(240mg/kg)ip小鼠,可明显抑制小鼠精子UDS,而在MMS给予后ipPDS则对MMS诱发的UDS无明显影响。提示PDS可预防MMS对遗传物质的损伤作用。
The inhibitory effect of Panaxadiol Saponins (PDS) on the UDS induced by methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) was dynamically observed using the method of male mouse germ cell non-procedural DNA synthesis (UDS). The results showed that PDS (240mg / kg) ip mice could significantly inhibit the sperm UDS in ipMMS (75mg / kg) at the same time or one to five hours earlier, whereas ipPDS had no effect on MMS-induced UDS . Suggesting that PDS can prevent the damage of MMS to genetic material.
