国务院发展研究中心宏观经济研究部研究员、发展研究中心学术委员会副秘书长张立群表示,在发达国家经济继续震荡调整,我国经济增长动力由政府转向市场,经济增长的持续性、稳定性提高的格局下,2010年我国经济有望出现相对温和的增长和较低价格上涨的良好局面。GDP增长率预计在9.5%左右,CPI涨幅预计在3%以内。
