为传承闽菜技艺,树立福建餐饮标杆,展示闽菜文化风采,根据《关于开展2016年“福建十大名菜”系列评选活动的通知》(闽商务服务业(2016)8号)文件,在省商务厅、旅游局、新闻办、食药监局等部门指导下,省餐饮烹饪行业协会于2016年3月至5月组织开展2016年“福建十大名菜”系列评选活动,历经资格初审、地市推荐、专家评审、公示等环节,评选结果如下:
