1.电机过热电机过热,是指电机在运行三五小时以后,电机统组温度继续上升,超过铭牌上允许的温升。电机过热不仅影响它的输出功率,而且会降低电机的使用寿命,甚至会烧损电机。造成电机过热有以下三种情况:①过载过热,即超负荷运行,由于配套不合理,出现“小马拉大车”,从而使电机过载过热。另外,电机安装与被拖动的设备不平行或轴不同心,使电机功率大部分消耗在联接和传动部分上,也可造成过载过热。②环境温度过高,通风不好,灰尘太大,电机吸入灰尘,都会影响电机散热,造成过热现象。
1.
