目的探讨肾细胞癌原癌基因mdm2产物表达量与细胞DNA含量及临床病理参数的关系。方法采用流式免疫荧光技术对50例肾细胞癌DNA含量及mdrm2蛋白表达进行定量分析。结果23例mdm2蛋白阳性表达，mdm2表达量与DNA含量有关，与瘤体大小、分级、分期、预后无关。结论mdm2蛋白表达与肾细胞癌的发生、发展有关，但尚不足以作为衡量预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of oncogene mdm2 and the cellular DNA content and clinicopathological parameters in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry was used to quantify DNA content and mdrm2 protein expression in 50 cases of renal cell carcinoma. Results 23 cases of mdm2 protein expression, mdm2 expression and DNA content, and tumor size, grade, stage, prognosis. Conclusion The expression of mdm2 protein is related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma, but it is not enough to be used as a measure of prognosis.
