高职院校大学生社团是提高当代大学生综合素质的中坚力量,通过开展社团活动,学生在思想引领、个性风采的展示、组织能力及学习创新等方面都得到了很大提高,但也存在社团缺乏规范管理、保障力度不到位等问题,需要从认识到实践再到认识,理论与实践相结合,逐步提升实践路径,以培养高职大学生综合素质能力。
