通过宏观检验、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织及断口分析 ,得出炉管爆裂主要原因是短期过热。据此 ,提出了预防措施。

By macroscopical inspection, chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture analysis, it is concluded that the main reason of furnace tube burst is short-term overheating. Accordingly, proposed preventive measures.
