液相色谱与电流检测器联用,具有微颗粒填充柱的分离效率高、检测极限低(亚pmol)和小死体积电化学检测器的选择性强等优点。实际上它是在生物样品等复杂样品中进行痕量测定的一种强有力的工具。由于液相色谱/电化学检测(LCEC)具有灵敏度高和选择性强等优点,它已成为发展得最快的分析技术之一。很多方法已可以用来最大限度地扩大LCEC 在药物和生化研究中的适用性。本文综述了包括多电极技术在内的电流检测器,LCEC 在测定药物与赋形剂和外源物质的代谢研究中的应用,以及化学和电化学的衍生化作用。
The combination of liquid chromatography and current detector has the advantages of high separation efficiency, low detection limit (sub-pmol), and selectivity to small dead volume electrochemical detector. In fact it is a powerful tool for trace determination in complex samples such as biological samples. Due to its high sensitivity and selectivity, LCEC has become one of the fastest growing analytical techniques. Many methods have been used to maximize the applicability of LCEC in pharmaceutical and biochemical research. This review summarizes the current detectors including multi-electrode technology, the application of LCEC in the study of the metabolism of drugs and excipients and exogenous substances, and the derivatization of chemicals and electrochemistry.
