观察了尼群地平和粉防己碱对自发性高血压大鼠下丘脑和大脑皮质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的影响。结果表明,尼群地平和粉防己碱短期(1周)和长期(20周)治疗在降低血压的同时均使下丘脑GABA含量增高,但大脑皮质的GABA含量不变。这两种药物对下丘脑GABA含量的影响可能部分地参与其降压机制。
The effects of nitrendipine and tetrandrine on the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in hypothalamus and cerebral cortex in spontaneously hypertensive rats were observed. The results showed that both short-term (1 week) and long-term (20 weeks) treatment of nitrendipine and tetrandrine increased hypothalamic GABA levels while decreasing blood pressure, but remained unchanged in the cerebral cortex. The effect of these two drugs on hypothalamic GABA levels may be partially involved in its antihypertensive mechanism.
