组织培养快速繁殖已在很多园林植物上得到应用,但至今未见有关草坪组织培养的报道。狗芽根(Cynodon dactylon)是抗旱、耐寒,经踩踏的优良草坪草之一。由于该草种子少、繁殖速度慢,不能满足绿化城市,美化环境及运动草坪的需要。几年来我们从事草坪组织培养,试图快速繁殖优良草坪。现将结果报告如下。
Tissue culture rapid propagation has been applied in many garden plants, but no reports of turf tissue culture so far. Cynodon dactylon is one of the finest turfgrasses that are drought resistant, hardy, and trampled. Due to the grass seed less, reproduction slow, can not meet the green city, beautify the environment and sports lawn needs. In recent years we are engaged in turf tissue culture, trying to breed fine lawns quickly. The results reported below.
