面对2016年复杂严峻的国内外形势,在中央稳中求进工作总基调的指引下,各地区各部门推进供给侧结构性改革,适度扩大总需求,妥善应对重大风险挑战,使我国经济社会保持平稳健康发展。2017年经济运行的内外环境更加复杂,需继续深化供给侧结构性改革,着力振兴实体经济,注重防范风险泡沫,促进经济运行在合理区间。
