2007年4月3日,从基辅传来消息说,根据乌克兰总统尤先科签署的解散议会令,乌克兰议会正式解散。乌克兰总统维克托·尤先科于4月2日晚上通过电视直播宣布解散议会、提前议会选举。尤先科称此举是为了“拯救国家主权和保护领土完整”。
On April 3, 2007, a message came from Kiev that the Ukrainian parliament was formally dissolved following the dissolving parliamentary order signed by Ukrainian President Yushchenko. The Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko announced the dissolution of parliament and early parliamentary elections on the evening of April 2nd through a live television broadcast. Yushchenko called this move “to save national sovereignty and protect territorial integrity.”
