本文报道52例选择性冠状动脉造影.32例临床诊断为冠心病,造影发现4例正常,28例异常。冠心病的异常X线表现有8种。本组病例采用多角度多轴投照,电子谐影和电子减影,对提高诊断准确率很有帮助。本组造影并发症为1.9％.
This article reports 52 cases of selective coronary angiography, 32 cases of clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease, angiography found in 4 cases, 28 cases of abnormalities. There are 8 kinds of abnormal X-ray manifestations of coronary heart disease. This group of patients with multi-angle multi-axial projection, electronic harmonic and electronic subtraction, to improve the diagnostic accuracy is very helpful. The group angiography complications was 1.9%.
