The WSI is a human rights-based approach to addressing occupational health and safety issues and a new way of assessing the government’s protection of the health and well-being of professionals. Adopt WSI to group and rank 95 countries’ performance in protecting occupational health and safety. Found that the job security in most countries was not ideal and only provided the lowest level of job security for the working population while working women were subjected to more unstable and unfair social and economic protection. The proposal and promotion of this concept have some reference value for establishing and improving the comprehensive safeguard system for occupational health and safety in our country and for achieving the goal of occupational health and safety for all.
