患者男、37岁、工人。因左肩部疼痛服小活络丸(河北邯郸地区中药厂生产,冀卫药准字[1987] 2669号,1990年6月7日出厂)一丸,同时服用土霉素,布络芬治疗。服后三小时出现全身及口舌麻木,四肢无力等。未在意,四小时后又服小活络丸一丸,服后两小时上述症状加重并出现心悸、胸闷、气短,急诊入院。既往健康。体检:血压13.3/9.3kPa,急性病容,面色苍白。两肺无异常。心音低钝,心律明显不齐,各瓣膜听诊区无病理性杂音。肝脾不大。心电图示:高度
