近年来,世界范围内控制职务犯罪的组织战略出现由倚重惩治到全面控制贪污贿赂犯罪、由单纯控制犯罪到维护公平和正义、由单纯控制犯罪到促进人类社会和谐发展的三个发展方向。当前中国检察机关在这三个方面尚有不足,基于此,中国检察机关控制职务犯罪要立足于预防和惩治贪污贿赂犯罪均衡化,全面维护公平和正义,并且以服务人类社会和谐发展为己任。
In recent years, the organizational strategy of controlling job-related crime in the world has emerged from three directions of development, from relying on punishment to completely controlling crimes of corruption and bribery, from simply controlling crime to safeguarding fairness and justice, and simply controlling crimes to promoting the harmonious development of human society. At present, the procuratorial organs in China are still deficient in these three aspects. Based on this, the prosecutorial organs in China must control their job-based crimes based on the prevention and punishment of corruption and bribery, balance the fairness and justice, and serve the harmonious development of human society.
