神经母细胞瘤(NB)患者多因早期即发生转移而预后不良,研究其转移机制及进行抗肿瘤转移实验治疗有赖于NB转移动物模型的建立。NB转移动物模型建立的难度较大,近年许多通过不同方法建立的转移动物模型是进行NB体内实验研究的有力工具。
The majority of patients with neuroblastoma (NB) have poor prognosis due to the early metastasis. To study the mechanism of metastasis and the anti-tumor metastasis experiment depends on the establishment of animal model of NB metastasis. The establishment of animal models of NB metastasis is more difficult. In recent years, many animal models of metastasis established by different methods are powerful tools for NB in vivo experimental research.
