研究了Cu在06NiCuCrMoNb钢中的时效行为及其对力学性能的影响。研究发现:06NiCuCrMoNb钢在时效过程中析出细小弥散的ε-Cu相,产生时效硬化,其峰值温度约为500℃。随时效程度的加深,ε-Cu数量不变,但颗粒长大,钢的强度下降,韧性上升。钢中加入1%Cu时,时效后可使屈服强度提高100~150MPa。热处理工艺对钢的性能和组织有很大影响,淬火+600~650℃时效处理,钢的综合性能最好;正火+时效处理,钢的强度降低,韧性提高;热轧+时效处理,钢的韧性最低。
The aging behavior of Cu in 06NiCuCrMoNb steel and its effect on the mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of 06NiCuCrMoNb steel precipitates finely dispersed ε-Cu phase during aging, and age-harden with the peak temperature about 500 ℃. With the deepening of the degree of aging, the amount of ε-Cu remains unchanged, but the particles grow, the strength of the steel decreases, and the toughness increases. When 1% Cu is added into the steel, the yield strength can be increased by 100-150 MPa after aging. The heat treatment process has a great influence on the properties and microstructure of the steel. The quenching +600 ~ 650 ℃ aging treatment, the best overall performance of steel; normalizing + aging treatment, reducing the strength of steel, toughness; hot rolling + aging treatment, steel Toughness is the lowest.
