目的探讨氧化锆陶瓷在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法 80例口腔修复患者根据入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组(40例)采用常规方法修复,实验组(40例)采用氧化锆陶瓷进行修复,比较两组患者的临床修复效果。结果实验组有38例患者对修复效果满意(95.0%),修复的总有效率为92.5%;实验组有2例患者出现不良反应(占5.0%),优于对照组(满意度72.5%,总有效率75.0%,8例患者出现不良反应占20.0%)(P<0.05)。结论采用氧化锆陶瓷进行口腔修复效果较好,修复后牙列间隙的满意程度较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the application of zirconia ceramics in oral repair. Methods 80 cases of oral repair patients according to the order of admission were divided into two groups. The control group (40 cases) was repaired by conventional method. The experimental group (40 cases) was repaired by zirconia ceramics, and the clinical repair effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, 38 patients were satisfied (95.0%) and the total effective rate was 92.5%. Two patients in the experimental group showed adverse reactions (5.0%), which was better than the control group (72.5% The total effective rate was 75.0%, 8 patients showed adverse reactions accounted for 20.0%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The zirconia ceramic for oral repair is better, the satisfaction of dentition clearance is higher, it is worth to promote the use.
