一、工业锅炉应当配备余热回收设备我国现有工业锅炉二十余万台,每年耗煤达二亿多吨,工业锅炉面广量大,容量小,能耗高,损失大,效率低,节能工作刻不容缓,回收利用烟气余热是工业锅炉节能的一个重要方面。人们对回收工业锅炉烟气余热问题,既不重视,又不感兴趣,分析其主要原因是单台容量小;相应的烟气流量也小,回收热量不多;传热温差小,所需换热面积大,导致换热设备庞大,金属消耗多,设备投资大;流程长,流阻大,因而动力耗损高;燃料价格不合理,经济效益不明显。
