人类社会的进步,经济的飙升一路推动着建筑业的持续发展。由于人口的不断增长以及城镇化速度的加快,加之人们生活质量大幅度提升,对居住条件及环境也随之提出了更高的要求。随着城市化规模的不断扩大,城市土地资源紧缺日益凸显。本文针对高层建筑发展的特点,论述了建筑工程在施工中的有关事宜,从而根据市场竞争需求提出了几点建议,力求促进工程施工质量的提高。
The progress of human society and the soaring economy have all along promoted the sustainable development of the construction industry. Due to the continuous population growth and the speeding up of urbanization, as well as the substantial improvement in the quality of life of people, living conditions and the environment have also come with higher requirements. With the continuous expansion of urbanization, urban land resource shortage has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the development of high-rise buildings, the construction projects in the construction of the relevant issues discussed, so as to make a few suggestions according to the market competition needs, and strive to promote the construction quality improvement.
