目的了解新疆精河县2007~2009年肺结核患病情况和流行特点,探讨预防与控制策略,为今后控制肺结核提供科学依据。方法利用2007~2009年精河县肺结核发现登记治疗疫情资料,对涂阳肺结核病人登记资料进行分析。结果 2007~2009年精河县发现登记治疗传染性肺结核病人168例,平均涂阳登记率0.504/10万;91.94%的传染性肺结核病人来自各级医疗机构转诊和乡村医生推荐;时间分布季节性很弱,以二季度、四季度发现病例较多;涂阳肺结核病人的年龄分布主要在15~44岁,占患病总数的56.55%;性别分布男性明显大于女性,男女患病性别比1.8:1;职业分布以农民为主,占70.83%;168例涂阳病例完成疗程后的治愈率达85.1%,取得了较好的疗效。结论需加强综合性防治措施,积极开展疫情追踪,有效提高涂阳肺结核病人的发现。加强农村地区,特别是劳动力人群的肺结核防治工作,采用现代肺结核病控制技术,提高治愈率,控制肺结核病疫情。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Jinghe County of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2009, and to explore preventive and control strategies to provide scientific evidence for the future control of tuberculosis. Methods From 2007 to 2009, the data of the outbreaks of pulmonary tuberculosis in Jinghe county were collected and analyzed, and the registration data of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed. Results From 2007 to 2009, 168 cases of infectious tuberculosis were registered and treated in Jinghe County, with an average smear-positive rate of 0.504 / 100 000. 91.94% of infectious tuberculosis cases were referred by medical institutions at all levels and recommended by country doctors. Sexually weak, in the second quarter, the fourth quarter found more cases; smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis age distribution mainly in 15 to 44 years old, accounting for 56.55% of the total number of illnesses; gender distribution of men was significantly greater than women, men and women prevalence ratio of 1.8 : 1; the occupational distribution was dominated by peasants, accounting for 70.83%; 168 cases of smear positive cases completed the cure rate of 85.1%, and achieved good results. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen comprehensive prevention and treatment measures and actively carry out epidemic tracking to effectively improve the detection of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. We will step up efforts to prevent and control tuberculosis in rural areas, especially the labor force, adopt modern TB control technologies, increase the cure rate and control the outbreak of tuberculosis.
