潜在性膜蛋白(LMP)和EB病毒核抗原2(EBNA2)属于EB病毒编码的潜在性基因产物。在体外,EB病毒诱导的细胞转化时此产物可能起着重要作用,在EB病毒相关的淋巴瘤形成中是作用于效应细胞的重要分子。作者以单克隆抗体免疫组织化学标记方法,研究了84例何杰金病(HD)组织LMP和EBNA2的表达。检测抗体包括4种作用于LMP(CS.1~4)和1种作用于EBNA2(PE2)的单克隆抗体。
Potential membrane protein (LMP) and Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen 2 (EBNA2) belong to the EBV-encoded potential gene products. This product may play an important role in vitro upon EBV-induced cell transformation and is an important molecule that acts on effector cells in Epstein-Barr virus-associated lymphoma formation. The authors studied the expression of LMP and EBNA2 in 84 cases of Hodgkin’s disease (HD) with monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry. The detection antibodies include four monoclonal antibodies that act on LMP (CS.1-4) and one on EBNA2 (PE2).
