本文根据当前部分科技人员在编写研究报告中暴露的某些弱点,对为什么要写研究报告和如何写好研究报告两个问题提供了一些参考意见。

Based on some of the weaknesses that some scientists and technicians currently exposed in the preparation of research reports, this article provides some suggestions on why we should write a research report and how to write a research report.
