设计合成了新型NCS配体—水杨醛-N′-(2-呋喃硫羰基)腙及其铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)配位化合物,并研究了它们的抑霉作用。结果表明,三个化合物均有不同程度的抑霉作用;铜(Ⅱ)配位化合物的作用最强。
A novel NCS ligand, salicylaldehyde-N ’- (2-furanylthiocarbonyl) hydrazone and its copper (Ⅱ) and nickel (Ⅱ) complexes were designed and synthesized. Their antifungal activities were also studied. The results showed that all three compounds had different degrees of mold inhibition; the copper (Ⅱ) complex had the strongest effect.
