中介组织是市场经济发展和社会进步的必然产物。当前,县域中介组织的发展,逐步密切了县级政府与社会的合作,降低了县级政府的运行成本,提高了行政效益。然而,县域中介组织的发展尚处于起步阶段,在发展中还存在着许多有待解决的问题。因此,县级政府应该采取有效措施,促进县域中介组织在县级政府管理创新中发挥积极作用。
Intermediary organizations are the inevitable product of the development of market economy and social progress. At present, the development of county-level intermediary organizations has gradually stepped up the cooperation between county-level governments and the society, reduced the running costs of county-level governments and raised administrative benefits. However, the development of county intermediary organizations is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems to be solved in the development. Therefore, the county-level government should take effective measures to promote county-level intermediary organizations to play an active role in county-level government management innovation.
