技术商品,乃是一种以知识形态为主的、特殊的劳动产品,是指拿到市场上去交换的技术成果。目前技术商品交易无论在内容上还是在形式上都还处于初级阶段,许多理论问题和实际问题尚在研究、探索之中。本文仅对广西技术商品交易状况、难点进行调查分析,并就促进技术商品交易的对策提出一些粗浅的看法。一、广西技术商品交易的状况技术商品交易是一个过程,这是由技术商品的特殊性决定的。因为技术商品较复杂,买方往往需要卖方提供技术咨询、技术培训和技术服务,交易的双方要进行多次协商、谈判,然后用技术合同的形式明确各自的责、权、利。因此,合同的契约性和售前售后的服务性是技术商品交易的基本特征。
Technical commodities are a kind of special labor products based on the form of knowledge. They refer to the technological achievements obtained by exchanges in the market. At present, technical commodity transactions are still in the initial stage both in content and in form. Many theoretical and practical issues are still being studied and explored. This article only investigates and analyses the status and difficulties of Guangxi’s technical commodity trading, and puts forward some superficial views on the measures to promote the trading of technical commodities. I. Status of Guangxi’s Technical Commodity Trade Technical commodity transaction is a process, which is determined by the particularity of the technical commodity. Because of the complexity of technical goods, buyers often need sellers to provide technical advice, technical training and technical services. Both sides of the transaction must negotiate and negotiate for many times, and then use technology contracts to define their respective responsibilities, rights and interests. Therefore, the contractual nature of the contract and the pre-sales service are the basic characteristics of the technical commodity transaction.
