目的 观察参麦对环孢霉素A所致肾小管细胞毒性损伤的影响。方法 利用体外培养的环孢霉素A中毒模型 ,测定细胞培养上清液LDH活性及参麦对环孢霉素A中毒后肾小管细胞增殖活性的影响。结果 环孢霉素A中毒细胞胞浆内出现空泡变性 ,细胞增殖活性明显降低 ,上清液LDH活性明显升高。参麦可明显减轻环孢霉素抑制细胞增殖的作用 ,上清液中LDH活性明显降低。结论 参麦可对抗环孢霉素A的肾毒性作用 ,促进损伤的肾小管上皮细胞增生。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai on cytotoxicity of tubular cells induced by cyclosporine A. Methods The in vitro cultured cyclosporine A poisoning model was used to determine the LDH activity of the cell culture supernatant and the effect of Shenmai on cell proliferation activity of renal tubular cells after cyclosporine A poisoning. RESULTS: Cytosolic cytotoxic vacuolization was observed in the cells of cyclosporin A poisoning. The activity of cell proliferation was significantly decreased, and the activity of LDH in the supernatant was significantly increased. Shenmai can significantly reduce the effect of cyclosporine on cell proliferation, and LDH activity in the supernatant is significantly reduced. Conclusion Shenmai can counteract the nephrotoxic effects of cyclosporin A and promote the proliferation of injured renal tubular epithelial cells.
