医疗质量是医院管理的核心,病例(案)质量是医疗质量最集中的、具体的反映,如何抓好病例(案)质量,特别是环节质量,我们认为医生的质量意识起主要作用。因此,加强对医生工作业绩的管理,将质量指标值的好坏直接与医生本人的切身利益相联系,才能从根本上提高医疗质量。1
