医疗质量是医院管理的核心，病例（案）质量是医疗质量最集中的、具体的反映，如何抓好病例（案）质量，特别是环节质量，我们认为医生的质量意识起主要作用。因此，加强对医生工作业绩的管理，将质量指标值的好坏直接与医生本人的切身利益相联系，才能从根本上提高医疗质量。1
